Effective date: August 6, 2026

AtlasGTM is intended to support productive, professional collaboration. This Code of Conduct applies to all users of the Services, including customers, administrators, partners, contractors, and anyone participating in AtlasGTM-hosted communications or events.

1. Expected conduct

Use AtlasGTM respectfully, professionally, and lawfully. Be thoughtful about the information you share, honor confidentiality commitments, and respect the rights, boundaries, and perspectives of others. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected security issues promptly.

2. Prohibited conduct

Do not use the Services to harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or demean another person; publish or distribute content that is hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, unlawfully discriminatory, or violent; impersonate others; engage in fraud or deception; violate intellectual-property, privacy, or confidentiality rights; distribute malware; circumvent security controls; or interfere with the availability or operation of the Services.

You may not submit personal information, confidential business information, or other regulated data unless you have authority to do so and have assessed whether the Services are appropriate for that information. Do not use the Services to make unlawful employment, housing, credit, insurance, health, or other high-impact decisions about individuals.

3. Reporting concerns

Report conduct, content, security, or safety concerns to privacy@cloudatlas.pro. Include relevant details, links, dates, and screenshots where available. We will review reports in good faith and handle them as appropriately as practicable. Please do not use the reporting channel for immediate emergencies; contact local emergency services when there is an immediate threat to safety.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate reported or suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, notify an organization that manages an account, or take other action appropriate to protect users and the Services. Enforcement decisions are made in our discretion, consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations.

5. No retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. Knowingly false reports made to harass or harm another person may themselves violate this Code.

6. Relationship to other policies

This Code supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable agreements. If there is a conflict, the more specific agreement or policy controls.
