This California Notice supplements the AtlasGTM Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use and disclose it, and the rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”).
1. Categories of personal information

We collect these categories directly from you, automatically from your device or use of the Services, from your organization, and from service providers and integrations you choose to connect.
2. Disclosure, sale, and sharing
During the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the categories above to service providers and contractors that help us host, secure, support, analyze, bill for, and maintain the Services; to your organization and authorized users; to integration providers at your direction; and to professional advisers or government authorities when required. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Your California privacy rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request: (a) access to personal information we collected, used, disclosed, or sold/shared; (b) deletion of personal information; (c) correction of inaccurate personal information; (d) information about certain automated decision-making, where applicable; and (e) limits on use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers.
4. How to submit a request
Email privacy@cloudatlas.pro with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant account. If you use AtlasGTM through an organization, we may direct your request to that organization where it controls the relevant information. Authorized agents may submit requests on a California resident’s behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority and the resident’s identity.
5. Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available under California law. We may offer a different level or quality of service where the difference is reasonably related to the value of the data provided.
